RYLAND

Ryland is of the nation of Hivandal* and becomes the mysterious fourth Bestia*. In his new form, he takes on lion-like aspects which include a full transformation and new abilities. Many people are skeptical of him, as they have only known of three Bestia ever existing (Owl, Snake, and Wolf). He is the son of Guard Secundus Roman Sawyer and Natalie Sawyer, respected members of the upper-class Artifex.  Like all members of society, he has served under a master since age 14. Sanctus Lillian Kane, the director of the orphanage has taken Ryland as his own apprentice. It is not until age 17 Ryland learns of his beast-like ability.
